1. Winner of head-to-head game is placed higher in the group standings

Three way (or more):

1. Best W-L record for games played against other tied teams is placed higher in the group standings. If all teams tied did not play each other in pool-play, teams are placed in standings using tie-breaker criteria "b", least runs allowed.
2. Least runs allowed in all games played
3. Highest run differential for all games played
4. Coin flip
